rate schedule is standard in the collections industry.

rates will automatically be applied providing you fill

RATE SCHEDULE:
A commission of one-half the prevailing rate will be charged
on claims settled by the return of merchandise or a result
of our investigation it is determined that the claim was previously
paid. Interest is retained by the agency unless otherwise
arranged. Files cancelled or withdrawn are subject to a fee.
