RATE SCHEDULE

• 25% of the first $2000 collected, 20% of the excess.
• 50% if the claim is under $500, a judgment, out of business, more than 1 year old, a consumer claim, or reassigned claim
• 40% on international claims
• 35% if claim requires forwarding to an attorney: unless prevailing rate is higher

A commission of one-half the prevailing rate will be charged on claims settled by the return of merchandise or a result of our investigation it is determined that the claim was previously paid. Interest is retained by the agency unless otherwise arranged. Files cancelled or withdrawn are subject to a fee.
